For Rose Bay RV Resort: Allstays app said 311 sites. I believe 90% of the sites were year round. Our spot, though small and hard to back into, was actually quite comfortable. Service is geared to the year rounders, not the one or two nighters. Felt safe, hook ups were good…no loud noises except the occasional train. Friendly people and lotta of gorgeous motorcycles around. I suppose is stay there again but expected something different.

For Rose Bay RV Resort: Run down resort. Trailer trash All over. Cold showers but you do have WiFi in the shower houses only. WHY?! A criminal was pick up by the police on the site next to us. Sites are poor, Not clean and not level at all. Train comes by every few hours at night so no sleep. Don’t go there. Permanent residents only and loud, noisy behavior. Regret we booked 2 nights, we actually only needed one for our day to the turkey run in Daytona. Just go to the beautiful state parks North of town. Always a success.

For Rose Bay RV Resort: Park owned amenities fresh and in good order. Nice little pool. Have to pay $5 to get laundry card. Laundry card money is refundable but the card fee is not. Laundry in good order. Channel with manatees to park boat ramp. Permanent sites mostly in poor repair- the park looks grim. Train tracks have very high quantity of trains. Park seems safe. Confederate flag flown.

For Rose Bay RV Resort: Make a reservation and they wait till 5pm the night before to say our spot is barely big enough and its a 30 amp spot. Talk about clowns. I call back and no answer and no way to leave a message. While I was making the reservation I specifically asked for 50 amps. I did this through thousand trails so i think they intentionally do this to keep members out. Im not done with this matter as I dont stand for being lied to.

For Rose Bay RV Resort: Tried to book something but couldn't get a price. Some kind of surprise pricing going on here. More like price gouging. Why not just have a rate and stick to it all year?
