For Pelicans Landing Resort: This has been one of my favorite RV parks. The staff was great and accommodating. The sites and grounds were clean. The park sits on the Indian River. Only a few of the sites face the river, but all have access to a dock, cabana, adarondack chairs, swing and covered deck with cushioned chairs and couch. The club house is like sitting in a friends large family room. Large screen tv, kitchen, rest room, books, videos and games. The grounds are tropical like. Great seafood restaurants nearby on the water. If you need a cabin, they have a few modular houses that are for rent. I didn't see, but supposedly decorated as if in a magazine. If your looking for relaxing, quiet, small rv park, this is the one.

For Pelicans Landing Resort: very clean, friendly park. hookups are on the wrong side. Some train noise but not often.
