For Sun Outdoors St Augustine: Nice enough place but the internet is so 1998. No streaming options even to buy. Grandma might be able to download her email and that’s about it.

For Sun Outdoors St Augustine: Stayed here from Mar 9 - 12 in a 27' TT. We were supposed to stay a full week but the threat of coronavirus, and the possibility that our health care insurance would not cover us if we got sick from covid-19, chased us home to Ontario. Such a shame - perhaps the nicest RV park we have ever stayed in. Due to the extenuating circumstances Compass RV refunded our 4 remaining days - VERY nice of them to do so. This is a full service park - water, electric, sewer, wifi and cable at your site Very clean. Gated. Would definitely come back here again.

For Sun Outdoors St Augustine: This place is not what it appears. We made a reservation 5 months in advance and given an end site number over the phone. Then a week before you are to arrive, Compass calls you telling saying that your credit card is no good. Yet, you are still using it with no problem. So, you give them another credit card to pay for the bill in advance. What they did not tell us was that our site was changed!!! When I called the office the comment was, “did not matter what site you were given 5 months ago, they can change it.” To make matters worse, they continued to say “well, at least your in the Oasis location.” That is not good for customer service. First they lied when saying my credit card did not work, secondly we were misled in making this 5 months in advance when asking for an end site. Instead we are between a large Class A’s and large 5th wheel. It is very noisy here, you can hear everyone’s conversations. Yes, the site are some what level on pavers, garage is picked up daily, and that’s about it. B.A.I.T.!

For Sun Outdoors St Augustine: Super friendly staff! Everything was in great working order, clean, and well maintained. The wifi signal is strong, but the throughput is useless....and don't bother paying for the upgraded internet....it was just as useless. The new Oasis area has large pads and is newer.

For Sun Outdoors St Augustine: Fancy! Beautiful resort detailing inside like white fencing. Check you in at your vehicle, you don’t have to get out. A “nature walk” inside the park (which is not accessible, but the roads have low speed bumps and are accessible to many types of wheelchairs). Rangers patrol constantly.

For Sun Outdoors St Augustine: Booked for two nights but decided to stay an extra one with my two dogs, due to amazing hospitality of ranger, a truly incredible large shady dog park with agility “course”. Ranger Colleen went out of her way to make the night arrival go swiftly and smoothly during a pending storm. Clean bathrooms, immaculate park and pool. Dollar store within easy walking distance. It’s a win win. Will return!

For Sun Outdoors St Augustine: Wonderful park, very neat and clean. We were very impressed. The pool was great! Melanie (Activity Director) was out there one day delivering snacks and iced tea to everyone around the pool. She was a delight. Only issues noted were that the nature trails were a bit overgrown and one section was wet, as well as the water pressure in some of the showers could be improved. Overall, we LOVED it...close to old town St. Augustine, everyone was very friendly, everything was CLEAN.
