Perfect place to stay while doing Cape Canaveral. Exceptionally well maintained. Bathrooms and laundry were immaculate. Staff very friendly and helpful.
It is overwhelmingly occupied by permanent residents, but they are friendly too. Just don’t feed them.

Nice park, well maintained, lots of things to do, shuffleboard, pool, bocce ball etc...convenient to NASA but very residential.

Very nice facilities, but the residents are not welcoming to younger people with kids. There are a bunch of bitter old ladies. If you are retired and don't have any kids this place would be great. Not family friendly!

Nice sites - and good restaurant. But way too many people. And traffic prevented a nice walk with the dog unless it was very early in the morning.
