For Holiday Harbor Marina and Resort: We stayed at site 27 which has a million dollar view of the lake and we would definitely consider staying here again in the summertime, BUT the campground needs some maintenance. The roads are narrow and there are no signs marking one way travel or the other and people drive both directions. If you meet someone while pulling a trailer, good luck. The bathhouse needs some work. The tile floors in the showers were broken up and there was no heat in the bathrooms. Would be fine in the summer but not in winter. The pumping service they offer is only done on Mondays and Fridays and it's just "when they get around to it". I had to get testy with the front desk to get them to pump us out so we could climb the hill out of the campground. They have a dump station, but it is in a tight little curve near the gate and not easily accessable with a 40 foot trailer.

For Holiday Harbor Marina and Resort: We stayed here (2 adults) for a week in December of 2016. This is a beautiful campground, quiet, and friendly. We had a nice pull in spot with a great view. Nice distance for traveling to and from Atlanta. The reason for the 3 stars is that there were no full hookups available, the dump station was hard to get in and out, there was no water hookup at the dump station to rinse, the roads around the campground are horrible and need much work. They did offer a pump out service at an additional cost. The entrance to the park was difficult to maneuver since there was lots of vehicles, boats, and other equipment parked near the entrance. It was pricey too for just water/electric hookup - $30/night. We would stay here again, but would love to see some repairs done and/or a cheaper price. We will probably look for another campground in the area first.

For Holiday Harbor Marina and Resort: We have been at several different marinas on Lake Allatoona and we recently decided to move our boat to Holiday Harbor Marina. Their prices are very competitive and we like the campground being so close to our boat slip. We have friends and family with campers and it's nice to be in such close proximity. We have had nothing but good service and the staff has been very accommodating.

For Holiday Harbor Marina and Resort: Stayed here for the first time in 6 years this weekend, actually still here until tomorrow. I had a bad experience here last time we stayed, but heard it was under new ownership. The Marina was putting on an outdoor benefit/concert for MS which we have personal reasons for supporting. I can say is things have certainly changed under the new management. Sites were clean and spacious, newly installed camp grills, most of the sites had primitive fire rings, looked like they were in the process of replacing the camp tables as about half of the sites had new ones. The concert went on until about 7:30 and I expected that it would be noisy late into the night but by 9:30 everything was quite in the park. The bathrooms were clean with individual locking rooms with sink shower and toilet, they were a bit of a walk from our campsite. Great views of the lake and we were able to keep our boat moored right in front of our site. They don't have many 50 amp sites but since our site had plenty of shade the 30 amp running one AC was sufficient. Before this weekend I would have only stayed here as a last resort, but I plan on giving this place another try on a regular weekend and see if the hospitality and overall experience is as pleasant.

Other notables: they do not have sewer hookups, but I was told that on normal weekends when they didn't have everyone working on the concert they offer mobile pump outs for a fee. Also the wifi was extremely fast which is suprising since all the sites were rented (we were able to stream a movie on Netflix without a single pause on the video feed)

For Holiday Harbor Marina and Resort: Facilities are second rate at best. To add to that, we woke up with no water electricity due to maintenance problems. Management was unconcerned that I was paying for services not rendered. I packed up and moved to another campground.
