For Blythe Island Regional Park: We stayed on site 95. We paid $44.40 for the site for one night. The area is gated and you need a code to get in after hours. Mostly sand and crusted shell roads and sites. Our site 95 was 5” out of level side to side. The sites are nice because you do have a concrete pad so when it gets wet you have a place they is not mud. Full hookups with good water pressure. The cable was good with 60 channels. Weather channel and HGTV. Trash and dump site on leaving. Great pier for fishing off. A man caught a spotted trout about 18” long. Checking was simple and a person lead us to our campsite. Did not check bathrooms or laundry room. Tree nuts fell on camper all the time including night but did not seem to keep us awake. We would consider staying here again.

For Blythe Island Regional Park: Stayed four nights in early Jan 2020. 40’ 5th wheel toy hauler. Very large pull thru site with enough room for two toy haulers. All sites are tree lined and shrubs giving some privacy. Concrete slab, picnic table and fire place. Plenty of shade. Sites are clean compacted gravel that is well maintained and kept clean by staff. Overall a very will maintained and clean campground. Very friendly staff. Full hookups. Laundry on site. Boat ramp and picnicking on site. Fire wood for sale and delivered to your site. After hours access to the campground is by gate code key pad. Close to Jekyll Is. & St Simons Is.

For Blythe Island Regional Park: Very nice. Huge pull thru site, maybe 100’ long site 83. Trees between sites provides privacy. Free Wifi and we could stream movies. Free cable with 50+ channels. Can watch fishing and the tides from the marina. Access gate closes at 7 then need a gate code. Of course the bunnies are also fun to see while walking the park.

John 4

For Blythe Island Regional Park: Stayed here again on way North. Big And private shaded sites. Very nice restrooms. This park is very walkable and bicycle friendly. There is a lake and there is also a boat ramp and a dock. Someone released tame rabbits in the campground and they are very cute and friendly. I thought the price was very cheap for what you get in site size, walking trails, restrooms, and roads to bicycle on. The staff is very polite and helpful and the park is well maintained. This is obviously a very patriotic county as they have pavilions designated for each of the branch of the services. We get unlimited data from Verizon so we don’t worry about Wi-Fi and I don’t know how that works. But the Verizon data worked wonderfully.

Xatlatc

For Blythe Island Regional Park: It’s really a 3.5 star to me only because of the high price and not having at least gravel sites or roads. It’s a very nice county park. The cable television and WiFi was very good. The shower house was very nice and clean. I didn’t see the whole park, only the campground. Verizon LTE was 1-2 bars. Satellite reception is a challenge due to the trees. For almost fifty dollars a night it’s overpriced for sand roads and sites. That said, I’d stay here again.

Cher

For Blythe Island Regional Park: Beautiful campground! Very quiet! Super friendly staff! Even called to check up on us on our way there because we blew a tire on 95! Loved the bunnies!! The only thing that kept me from giving it a five is the fact that we weren’t here long enough to experience everything they had to offer! We will be back!
