For John Tanner County Park: Meticulously maintained. Beautiful campground - we only came to dump tanks, but wish we could stay a while. Dump station is $5 but there’s no potable water - so you’ll have to fill up elsewhere.

For John Tanner County Park: Spent Thanksgiving there and our family came up. This is a beautiful park, with pretty big sites, a lake, beach, pavilions, putt putt. Etc. it was very clean and had firewood at our site when we got there. The people were nice. We’ll be back!

Aliner

For John Tanner County Park: Stayed here for a wonderful night in a well-kept, clean Campground. There were only two other people here so it was absolutely a most enjoyable visit. will definitely return.

Annette

For John Tanner County Park: Came here on Fathers Day-expected crowds but it was bad. Trash everywhere. Trash overflowing throughout campground. Check out not enforced- saw at least 4 sites leave at 8:30 PM! Others just parked in spots partying. Dog roaming around camp looking for food not belonging to anyone.only 30amp service. Definitely would not stay here again not even for one night. VERY disappointed.

JC

For John Tanner County Park: Stayed here for years. Many upgrades. Good campsites but may be a little tight for todays super campers and slides. 2 lakes and a waterfall. Lots of walking areas. Pier and paddleboats. Nice cabins and even a few hotel style rooms. Recently changed from a state park to a county park so we'll see how well it stays maintained. But today this is a nice and big park with a lot to do. Not much close by so the park will need to be your primary entertainment. Lighted walkway around the lake is very nice. Enjoy!!
