For Twin Lakes RV Park: Mostly full timers scattered up on a hill. If you are a overnighter, you park in a gravel parking lot very close to the RV next to you. Tight to maneuver. We pulled up and stopped to view the spot and 2 guys who were outside talking offered to move their trucks so we had enough room to swing in. FHU 50 amp, not level. We needed to stay one week but they only offer a daily rate or monthly rate. I think it was high price for a gravel lot. Stayed in 38' FW.

For Twin Lakes RV Park: We stayed here 5 nights in October. Most of the good sites up by the trees are occupied by full timers. We stayed in the gravel area. Full hookups, very neat, very friendly staff, and nice little lake. Kind of crowded, but we were only there to shower and sleep. Our son lives 10 minutes away. Can't beat the location. Will definitely stay here again.

Seeya

For Twin Lakes RV Park: This campground is all about location, location, location. It is convenient to see all of the greater Atlanta attractions. From downtown to the North GA mountains. Yes the sites are gravel-sure beats that red GA clay. The back in sites have lots of room for awnings, mats and chairs. You can take an evening walk down by the beautiful lake. Yes the water hookup is underground-great for the below freezing temperatures on the occasional winter night. The owners and workers are friendly and helpful. We have stayed here many times and will be here many times in the future. We have a 40ft motor home pulling a car and have never had a problem getting around the campground. We have been on the lake and yes they do not have a sewer but the dump station was not a problem.

JAB

For Twin Lakes RV Park: My job transferred us to Georgia and we weren't sure from the reviews on here about this campground. Decided to give it a try anyway. We came in on Labor Day weekend to a full house. Our site was lakeside, it is true there aren't sewer hook ups lakeside, but in most campers you can manage for several days while camping, if need be. All the other sites have sewer hook ups. We also had plenty of room to put our awnings out lakeside, even though there was a full house over Labor Day weekend. There are several long term sites here, but there are also many coming and going all the time. The owners and staff have all been very helpful and friendly as we are new to not only this State but this area as well. The property is well maintained, the lake is beautiful and serene! This is a great place to camp!

For Twin Lakes RV Park: We simply felt like a Sardine.
Cramped quarters
Not even full site but just parking lots packing us in as many to a lot as possible
Gravel lots
Noooo privacy
No sewer.
Not enjoyable or relaxing at all.

For Twin Lakes RV Park: Old RV PARK 99% permanent (hence the good reviews) could t figure where the good pictures were taken, gravel sites, not all level, not all sewer hook up. Water connections in ground boxes. In our case the faucet was down in muddy muck filled with water and torn up insulation....and was hard to connect. No sewer hook up at back in sites. Was told no problem To use pump out have to drive back up hill, u turn at office , go back down the hill, pump out then make hard right turn and go back up hill to exit. HaHa. We didn't try this as this was ridiculous and with the un level road would surely have re arranged our rig. I totally agree with the 2/16/12 comments

REALLY??? We have a 38' 5th wheel ---- Phone call -- asked for pull thru full hook up, were told not available , would put us on lake front. ARRIVAL, person out to lunch . Left note to go to a Pull Thru Site, had to stop guy mowing grass for directions, after backing up and turn around ( tight turns narrow road) we tried the pull thru site and Would not fit. Getting out of this site was down and slope to the right ...re arranged some things in closet and fridge. As we used the back in site with no Sewer connect, and the muddy slop water connect, All for a great fee of $30. Unfortunately we were committed as we visited Gibbs Gardens to the north. Will be sure to advise every one I can NOT to stay here.

For Twin Lakes RV Park: This park was sooooooooo beautiful. We intended to stay for a couple of nights and ended up staying two weeks. What a beautiful and peaceful park. Great Internet speed from our spot on the lake. Very pet friendly and the staff was fabulous.
