For Appalachian Campground: Nice, quiet campground near Brasstown Bald, and within easy distance of Helen and Hiwassee. We camped in a field beneath a huge apple tree.
The hosts aren’t that monoculture middle-class in a way that some folks might look down on, but they were both very friendly and generous. If they want to share moonshine with me, I’ll be happy to accept.

For Appalachian Campground: Beautiful place , host are scary , they partied were very drunk offering my fiance moonshine, terrible host , where are the owners?

For Appalachian Campground: Great spot. Helen is close and so is the lake. Beautiful creek right behind you and Jeff the campground host was so nice. Will definitely stay again.
