For Lakeside - High Falls State Park: Off season review: only minutes off 75 yet quiet area. The Lakeside loop was perfect for our truck camper and would be great for a van style class A or B+. Larger 5ers or larger tows maybe tight and go better at Riverside section. Our site was large as most outer loop sides were: Stayed in 2 sites both took about a 2 locking square lift. ATT about 2 bars, no problem streaming and 30+ channels on antenna. Pretty heavily treed area but saw 2 starllnk panels .Bathrooms older but clean. 1 washer $1.75 dryer .75. D$G within walking distance. Macon about 35-45 minutes/Atlanta hour plus. Would recommend and stay again

For Lakeside - High Falls State Park: Stayed for one night going from Minnesota to Florida. Will stay here again if I have opportunity and take in the falls trail. The park ranger told me the falls are down river or the bridge not the one you can see up river from bridge.

For Lakeside - High Falls State Park: Nice views and great park hosts... No full hooh ups, no cable, and no antenna reception!! The sites at river are bigger (50') and better. Good experience but Ill probably seek better kid entertainment next time.

For Lakeside - High Falls State Park: Nice clean park with good size camp sites. There is two sections- the lake campground and the river campground. We stayed in the river section. Not sure where the 35' thing comes from in the description because the sites are bigger. Our 32' MH and car fit just fine. They have 30 amp sites and a few premium 50 amp pull through sites. Be aware if you want TV there is no cable in this park so you go with locals or satellite. Satellite is a bit dicey but can be found in the area of the premium sites. There is a great catfish place just outside the gate of the river campground area called Falls View Restaurant. They are open Thursday - Saturday. There are a couple trails. I walked the Falls View and Historic trails but didn't make it to the longer Nature trail. Nice place for a night or a week.

Sunseeker

For Lakeside - High Falls State Park: Great park. The hosts were very friendly. Campsites were clean and well maintained. The description says the sites are 35ft but there are actually lots of nice 50ft sites. Some sites are on the river. Short hike to the waterfalls in the main day use area offers some exercise and a beautiful photo op.
