For Kiki RV Park: Three rows of accessible sites, paved roads, gravel sites, grass and picnic tables between. Did an overnight here in 40’ MH with tow, and it was fine for that. Easy on/off I-95. Surroundings not great, it is located behind a Raceway gas station and next to the Econo Lodge, which is where you go to check in. (Typical Econo Lodge unfriendly check in behind bullet proof glass.)

For Kiki RV Park: Did not stay. We were looking for one night. Their rate was $50 plus taxes. Even though the sites looked nice from the gas station, not paying that price.
