For Lake Park RV Campground: Beautiful campground. We are a large rig and pull a car trailer. Wendy accommodated with no problem! We like to stay here on our way to Florida! Easy in and out! The pond and the ducks were lovely to see and so calming!

For Lake Park RV Campground: The park itself is a solid 4 stars. I called the park on a Sunday early evening ( the office was officially closed ) to inquire if there were any openings for one night. The lady was very nice , answered a couple of questions and told me to use their website to make an automated reservation. I did so. The low rating is because of the additional charges I received. I paid $55.00 for the site plus $3.00 to make the reservation, a payment processing fee of $ 1.92, $3.85 for a lodging fee and finally a sales tax fee of $4.40! So my one nice stay in a nice park went from $55.00 to $68.17. Come on! Why not just tell me the cost was $68.17 from the start? Reservation fee when that appears to be the only way to make a reservation? Come on man. The credit card fee should be included in the base price. Sales tax,,,on what? Lodging tax,,, include it in the base price. The extra $13.17 didn’t break me but tell me upfront of the total cost. If I was told the one night fee was $68.17 I wouldn’t have stopped there, it’s not worth it especially since the WIFi didn’t even work! Again, come on man!!

For Lake Park RV Campground: Nice park right off of I-75 south. Lots of wildlife, ducks and goats. Clean and easy hook ups. This park has security staff 24/7 and that was extremely nice. Escort you to your site and helped us even hook up. Great place:) Will be back.

For Lake Park RV Campground: Staff was friendly and accommodating. Site was clean and shaded. Clean pool and great little pond to fish, complete with a couple small gators.

Michele

For Lake Park RV Campground: Decent enough for quick stay over. Clean and staff are nice. Advertised military discount but they don’t. Don’t expect to get internet on own but they do have ok internet for watching tv if need. Not much space between lots or things to do.

Barb

For Lake Park RV Campground: A great spot for overnight. Right off interstate. Large paved lots. Have a 36 foot class A with tow which we had to disconnect only because of proximity to sewer hookup and not wanting to use extra hose. Some low hanging branches so beware. Office staff super friendly - thank you Amanda! Would definitely stay again.

Orchid lady

For Lake Park RV Campground: This was originally a KOA and then a camping world campground. Easy access from freeway. $30 a nite was the lowest in the area we found. We met the owner Jim who bought in about 2 years ago. He has been fixing it up. It was a clean nice campground. We only stayed one night in the upper campground next to the office which is where the cute little pool and laundry were. No shade here. The lower area was in lots of trees near a pond. Jim and his staff were very nice.
