For Thomas Mitchell County Park: Non-electric camper site $20/night. Clean park, showers/restrooms. Stayed while we visited Adventureland and nearby outlet mall. The park was busy the whole weekend, but the staff and host kept things clean. Lots of hiking and things to keep the kids busy. Would stay again!

For Thomas Mitchell County Park: I will give it 4 stars because of the long term campers, and because a lot of locals come in and leave a tent to save their spots, and then show up 2 weeks later. $20/night for electric and water. If you pay for 7 nights you'll get one night free.

For Thomas Mitchell County Park: $15 with senior discount. Nice place for overnight stop. Fairly level. This Site was long enough for 43 ft of trailer and truck with room to spare. Electric sites, clean bathrooms and showers. Would stay here again. Only negative, 7:30 am the garbage truck came and made a racket waking us up on a Wednesday.

For Thomas Mitchell County Park: As described. Easy to find AllStays GPS took us right to the campground using Gmaps! Good directions for check in $20 for electric, $15 for non electric. Showers and restroom were clean and well lit. This is a beautiful and well maintained campground. We will definitely stay again when traveling I80.
