For Neat Retreat RV Park: My family and I have stayed 2 separate times. The first time was a nice experience the bathrooms were very well maintained and staff were friendly. The second time was very opposite. We were on the complete opposite side of the park toward the mobile homes so that was not very easy for my disabled grandmother for bathroom and shower uses. The small grassy section of lawn was very muddy without having time to dry out before the water comes back on. The Wi-Fi did not work and if we were lucky to get a connection it would only last a few minutes. This time I also had some friends of mine staying next to us. The groundskeeper who drives a white truck with a camper shell on it was very rude and who brought up to the friends of ours some very nasty lies about me. I called the owner to confront them on this issue and he said he would set up a meeting about these lies that the groundkeeper was going around to guests saying about me. The owner just kept laughing like it was a joke. I still have not heard back about this. I have children who live in this town that could hear these disgusting lies about me makes me pissed off. For what our situation is, it was very sad to see someone of religion do this to myself and my family.

For Neat Retreat RV Park: Stayed March 2019. Many permanent residents, lots of loose dogs, clubhouse close for renovation, tight together sites, friendly staff. Didn’t use restrooms or anything else as we were just overnighting. Very close to railroad tracks. Full hookups w 50amp service. Paid $35 with discount. Good ATT & Verizon. Probably would stay again.

For Neat Retreat RV Park: If you like close campsites near a set of train tracks, this place is for you. It wasn’t what we were looking for. Manager was very kind and refunded our $40 fee and only asked why we were unhappy. Very nice and accommodating person.
