For Zims Hot Springs: Ditto for the previous comments as of June 2017. Good cell service. One tv channel. Forgot to say the showers are included in the price of camping but can be barely warm to pretty hot with no consistency for time of day etc. . The owner has only hot water on site and seems to use a tank up in the air to create cooler water. Also the spigots in the campground often have pretty hot water. Seems drinkable though.

For Zims Hot Springs: Stopped by for a night shortly after Zims RV/camping area opened for the season (May/13). Thermal heated pools are open all year. Twelve water-power (30A) sites in a grassy field, dump station, and a rec center adjacent to outdoor pools. $20/night and $6/person daily pool access. Picnic and tenting areas. Pool temps are 95 and 104 degrees. Clean but starting to show it's age. Located in a beautiful valley about a mile off highway. Pools popular with local residents.
