Dogmom

For Oregon Trail RV Park and Campground: Checked in 30 min early, 98 degrees and led to a concrete slab with absolute no shade. Many empty spots under shade trees, asked if we could go to a shady spot… “ think they’re all reserved” was response. We have 2 tiny dogs under 5 lbs. and no place to walk dogs… concrete & gravel too hot! There are signs that say , no dogs, don’t let dogs pee on trees, etc and an open area designated as “ dog park” in far corner near road, you must go under a 5 th wheel front to access. There were a few “ shady spots that were not occupied until after 7 pm and yet we sat cooking all day in direct sunlight! Not responsive to needs, certainly NOT pet friendly. Did not use facilities, did burn my hand opening coach door from direct sun. The shady sites that were filled late in the day, almost sunset, left early in am! Would not stay again even tho price was reasonable.

JRB

For Oregon Trail RV Park and Campground: This was a nice campground for the price, can't beat the price! The full ups were great, we were on a cement slab which was fine. The bathrooms and showers were old but good. Had a nice store. He have a 40' fifth wheel and we had plenty of room. The office staff were very friendly. Would stay here again.

Barque

For Oregon Trail RV Park and Campground: Only stayed overnight on a long haul, but staff friendly & helpful. Sites are level, but pretty close to one another. Full hookups available, but we only used electric. Location appears to be well suited as a base for touring or visiting folks. Worked well for overnighting and was better than the other site we have used in the past. Will probably use again as we often travel between Portland and Denver.

Skip H

For Oregon Trail RV Park and Campground: Other reviews are accurate. Very nice young man (owner?) who checked me in. I called same day and they had a 30amp pull through waiting for me. $38 + tax (includes Good Sam Discount which you don’t have to ask for - they also have additional military and first responder discounts). had everything I needed, only areas to focus on: bathroom facilities were outdated/old/small (but plenty of hot water). Didn’t use wifi - Verizon cell worked well. There seem to be many “full timers” so it looks a bit crowded but generally it has been quiet.

Gulliver

For Oregon Trail RV Park and Campground: Really nice camp ground. Wonderful young owners that work so hard to make it nice for everyone. I agree with all the previous reviewers. Twin Falls is a pretty cool place to spend some time.

Magenta Rose

For Oregon Trail RV Park and Campground: Very nice host/owner. Happy to explain sights to see in Twin Falls. Provided a nice map. We were assigned a pull-through, but we are a very small trailer. Our spot was shady and almost level. Some sites are in full sun. We had full hookups. There is good WiFi and good AT&T cell connection. There is a small dog park well away from campsites. I wondered if all the dogs were able to make it there without relieving themselves on the way. One men’s and one women’s bathroom with one shower each. No cost for the showers. There is also a laundry open 24/7. And there is propane for sale. We would return. So much to see here.
