Buster

For Casino Queen RV Park: I found it to a Zoo when I was there over 4th of July. It is one big party and people had put their awning, easy ups in the roads. Restrooms needed cleaning. The security is in the Casino and only makes sends out patrols. It was a great place to watch the fireworks. You can get rides to the Casino to get something to eat. It maybe a good place on a different day.

Monica

For Casino Queen RV Park: Had to move bc the site I booked had no water. Only found that out after I hooked us up. Then electric kept failing at second site.

BFLYNN

For Casino Queen RV Park: We stay for the convenience to Busch Stadium. Sites on north are small but have trees, sites on south are made for bigger trailers. All pull through. All full hookups. All are paved and have gravel in between. Very secure, gated access. Can be a bit noisy , we run fans to drown out trains. Not kid friendly, small playground. Security runs you to casino and to metrolink. Have laundry facilities. Took out convenience store. Very clean!

Cherie

For Casino Queen RV Park: Ok spot for a one night stay, but would not want to be here longer. Sites are very small and close together. The mini mart on site is closed. There are no trash dumpsters anywhere close, they are suppose to be at the end of each row. The cable tv doesn’t work and WiFi is horrible. There also is no support anywhere. I would not recommend it unless you are simply looking for a place to park for the night.

Ryan

For Casino Queen RV Park: This is a decent spot, if all you need is a place to spend the night close to the city-but don’t expect more than that. It is overpriced for what you get, and there is no on-site support at all (nobody on site to run the campground). A freight train comes the park several times during the night, and woke us up even over our air-conditioner running. There are two distinct sides to the park-one was smaller spaces that is nicely treed for shade, and one that has larger spaces but no shade. The whole thing is on gravel and concrete, so it heats up quickly. When we arrived, we were registered to stay on the shaded side but our 24 foot travel trailer (which is actually 28 feet tip to tip) didn’t even come close to fitting into the spot assigned to us. A quick call to the front desk remedied the situation by putting us on the other side of the park, the downside is that they charged us an additional $10 and there are no shade trees on the other side. Overall, we would probably not stay again unless we were simply trying to stay close to the city-as it is only 10 minutes from the arch, ye ballpark and downtown St. Louis.

Gypsy

For Casino Queen RV Park: I was going to give them 2 stars but it may have just been the fact that it was a holiday. So I will rate it one more star. When I arrived RVs, portable shad tents and power cords blocked me from getting to my site. No on site management. Sites were to small for the rigs that were there. Some rigs were running into the trees avoiding other rigs. Each site has full hook-ups. You are parked on Asphalt that is level. There is free rides to the Casino where you can get something to eat.

Dan M

For Casino Queen RV Park: Not bad for a stopping point or if you’re interested in hitting up the casino. East St Louis is a bit sketchy but downtown bridge access is right outside the gates. RV sites are adjacent to the metro rail, which runs regularly, and another standard rail line. The metro rail noise isn’t bad but it is there. The standard rail, isn’t loud at all since they seem to idle by. Spots on the north side are lined with trees which made it difficult for anyone to extend their awnings. Parking is almost nonexistent if you have a large rig. We have a 29’ TT and two vehicles and we were able to cram them on our spot otherwise you have to park 1/4 m away at the casino. Those w/motor coaches had to park their toads in adjacent sites in the hopes that no one checks in- someone was parked in ours when we arrived. No casino staff is on site and reservations have to be made online. The playground is poor, consisting of a slide, teeter-tauter and two swings. Overall, 4 stars for cleanliness and condition of facilities. It serves its purpose but isn’t much more than a well kept rv parking lot with hook-ups.
