For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: Wish I could give them an extra half star because this place is pretty great. I would not give them five stars for one reason only, price. We have stayed there a couple times already this spring and have really enjoyed the experience. The staff is crazy nice and super helpful. You can order pizza from them and have it delivered right to your site. We ordered extra fired wood that was delivered to us. And I also filled my propane here. I only wish the price wasn’t so high on dates prior to the pool being opened. I felt like I was paying a premium for amenities that I didn’t get to use. Maybe they should discount their rates prior to the pool being open for the season? Or maybe they do this already, not sure. They have ice cream at the office and a decent shop. They also have cabins that look fun from the outside. I have yet to see the inside of one though. There is also horses onsite that you can feed. Just wish their horse pin was a little more humane. It’s seems a little to poop filled and muddy. The campsites are nice, some have patios and all have a fire ring. There are also some super awesome premium sites with swings and some with an outdoor fireplace.

For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: Over priced at $58 for an unleveled grass pasture that they ran a waterline and electric to. Shower building impressive with lots of tiles etc., but lacking in managerial maintenance. Slow drains in shower, you stood in a puddle of your own water, sink drains also very slow. Shower curtains moldy. Caddie wire baskets caked is soap. In this Covid age, it is rare to find a lack of diligence in cleaning public areas. Happy check in staff.

For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: The people are sooooo nice! The pool was a lot of fun! The store had everything you need plus many fun items, like T-shirt’s, mugs and such. I loved feeding the horses too. I will definitely be back!

For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: This KOA is very convenient to anything in Indianapolis and it has the friendliest staff you could ever meet. It has a great pool for younger kids (no place is deeper than 3 feet) with lots of spray water features (almost too many). The restrooms near the pool were very clean and modern. The playground could use a good weeding and I feel sorry for two horses who are penned up in a small area (not sure why there would be horses at a campground as they bring a strong odor if you’re close to themA). The WiFi is decent (we stayed mid week) but there is no cable TV. Our fire pit had trash (cigarette butts and partially burned beer cans) from a previous renter which was unappealing. Overlooking some of the negatives, we will stay again due to its location for our needs.

For KOA Holiday Indianapolis: Easy park to get into. Friendly staff. Level sites, plenty long enough for large rigs to stay hooked up. Restrooms clean.
