For KOA Holiday Middlebury: Great OTA channels 4 bars 5G AT&T and 3 bars 5G Verizon. Quiet. People who’ve been here awhile are hooked up to water, when it quits raining I might give it a try. It didn’t look rusty when I ran the water just to check.

For KOA Holiday Middlebury: Pretty quiet, very flat, well kept KOA. We stayed on spot 10. Pull thru with full hookups. Water has a slight orange color to it, but our filters removed the color. Probably iron in the water.

For KOA Holiday Middlebury: Rust,rust,and more rust. You could taste,smell and see the rust in the water. There was a drip at the water connection where I connected to my rv and it stained my rv😳😳.paid for full hook up but the water was so bad did not want to use it. Other than the water it was a nice cg.

For KOA Holiday Middlebury: We were returning snowbirds and phoned ahead as not many parks open in late March. We were told yes they were open and with full hook ups. We diverted our route quite a long way to go to this park. Upon our arrival they informed us they only provide electricity, that is not a full hook up. They said take it or leave it. We left, but complained that we had gone a long way out of our way based on the information received. They did not care. We then complained to KOA Head Office, and really did not receive any satisfaction. Cannot recommend this park, poor management.

For KOA Holiday Middlebury: When I go to a campground I like to put my card on file and dispense with the wallet. Apparently this KOA "has not learned to use the KOA System yet". I even made sure to tell them that they are losing money by swiping all the time. So for me personally that would be a reason not to return. They also have a $5 minimum on credit cards.

Campground is just off a noisy road. All of the amenities are quite close to that road.

After I paid for some wood to be delivered it took a second visit to the store to get the wood delivered.

WiFi seemed to be over subscribed so forget doing any work on the free Wi-Fi.

Pull through spots are way too close to each other and since they all have a fire pit the pit is too close to RVs once slides are out and everything.

We had friends staying on-site in a cabin. Apparently the facilities were not very clean so we had to offer them the use of the shower and toilet in our trailer.

So this site is very okay but not one I would go out of my way to stay at.

I guess it does not mean you will not like it. Just wasn't for me.

For KOA Holiday Middlebury: This place is absolutely awful Its a dust bowl when you enter - none of the roads are paved or even gravel covered. By the time you get to the spot they have for you, your rig is an absolute mess. Then park - oh but the spot is under size for your rig and level or close to it are not even in the vocabulary of the camp owners.
Oh then you have the neighbors - who look like they have lived here for the last couple of years, and have taken over their site as well as yours.
Don't even think you can park a tow vehicle here - the neighbors park on their site as well as yours.
I would strongly recommend choosing another camp site for your stay - this one is absolutely awful.
If there was a negative star I could give to this site, I would have done so.

For KOA Holiday Middlebury: Great staff, very accommodating, nice clean site, good campground, (enjoyed the nature walk). Very minor noise from the hwy., good access to local activities.
This is one of few CG that we have bookmarked for a return visit.
