For Honey Bear Hollow Family Campground: Have stayed here before. Clean, friendly staff and quiet park. Nice area to visit - including the Grissom air museum. Stayed here in a 35’ 5th wheel.

For Honey Bear Hollow Family Campground: Called from the road around 6pm on a Sunday to make sure they had a spot and would be open when we arrived. They didn’t close till seven and had a spot. Well maintained campground with a nice bathhouse. They charge an extra $2.50 to use AC or electric heaters - but total price was very reasonable. Wear your mask as they are required when entering the office/store.

For Honey Bear Hollow Family Campground: Called from the road, owners Bob and Toni were GREAT! Got us in a pull through for our 35ft coach and toad. Wooded site, level, picnic table and fire ring. Felt like we were camped in a SP! This little jewel is just 1.5 miles off hwy 31. Highly recommend! Have your best one liner ready for Toni, she’s got the jokes!

For Honey Bear Hollow Family Campground: We’re a 40’ motorhome. Called from the road to see if they had a spot. Yes, 50Amp, water and sewer! The owners were very nice, they showed us to our site. The site was level and faced an open field. Facilities are well maintained. This campground is a small family business campground and so much better than the large overpriced parking lots we have been staying at recently. It is a great fine. Thanks to the wonderful owners.

For Honey Bear Hollow Family Campground: Bob and Toni owners of Honey Bear were very nice and accommodating even though as we were passing through for a one night stay and the weather is cold and rainy (March 2019)we still had a wonderful relaxing hot shower in their clean bath house! Also rates were reasonable...

For Honey Bear Hollow Family Campground: Disc golf course was a lot of fun - We rented discs from their office. Clean. Full hook-up. Sites a little close for my taste, but that is the way it is at most campgrounds. Swimming pool. Pond not big enough for fishing. Well-cared for campground. Pay extra $5 for using AC. Honey Bear Hollow donates to Riley Children's Hospital. Seemed like there were many permanent residents as several had decks built by their RVs - these residents' sites were well-groomed. Stayed there the week of the Peru Circus that the kids put on (July) - that performance was amazing!
