Manpose

For Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph: Overall this is a great campground. It is right near Holiday World. You can drive, take the shuttle, or even walk. For us it was a short walk staying in 18k at the front of the park. The only complaint I Have is we came in just after dark and as others have said the golf cart traffic was crazy while we we here trying to back in about 100 golf carts drove by with kids or intoxicated adults that felt they had the right a way. It took me about 45 minutes to back in having to constantly stop and wait for golf carts.

For Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph: Can’t say enough about this place. Our grandsons loved it which made us extremely happy. We loved the setting with paved roads but still covered in trees. Close to Holiday World amusement park and a grocery store/strip mall. They had a water park and two pools, gem mining, and playgrounds for the kids. We pulled in a little after midnight without a reservation and the staff was super friendly and attentive. They managed to find us a spot and even escorted us to it

Keke

For Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph: We have been to Santa Claus the past four years to visit Holiday World, however this was our first stay in our 40’ class A with a tow. We were in a new pull thru with a nice concrete pad though not level. The sites are really tight making fire rings closer than desired. The campground was clean, with water slides for the kids, large pool and fun amenities which we enjoyed. The place is big, so the need for wheels to travel between places is there if you aren’t up to walking. The golf carts are everywhere ALL the time. For those who like to bike or walk, caution is needed! Especially after dark as kids are driving them without adult supervision! I would recommend no golf carts after quiet time in the evening. We stayed four nights and all was quiet until the last night. The Campground is very conveniently close to Holiday World. We opted to take the Jeep instead of the shuttle and were within five minutes of the front gate!

Johnson

For Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph: Great location to Holiday World Deluxe sites great, everything you need, but very pricey Golf carts very handy to have because campground is very large, but once again 50.00 Lots of activities for children ,but surprised they charged for them because of what you pay. Restrooms clean and placed throughout. Site trash pick up very convenient.

Susie

For Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph: Phoned for an overnight spot, and had an excellent time. Facilities are wonderful, they have curbside garbage pickup and many amenities for a full camp experience.

Big B

For Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph: Great camp ground. Have stayed here many times over the years. It is the most expensive of the campgrounds we go to but we enjoy the extras. The fishing is pretty good for the size of the lake. Nice size bass 2-5 pounders, plus they have some huge "gold fish" in there. Also the slides they have added look fun. Holiday World is next door so we make a long weekend and hit that up also. But that really can get to be an expensive camping adventure.
The golf carts are fun to drive but again $$$$.

EggDropErin

For Sun Outdoors Lake Rudolph: Worst campground experience ever! Smushed together campsites with 5 year olds driving golf carts recklessly throughout!
