For Camper Village: Many of the other statements are true and correct about corrosive, undeveloped, and electrical connections not being up to standard. Campsite needs maintenance and an investment to warrant the $45 a night. I gave them two stars one for the campsite and five for their willingness to help. Water connections exceeded my reach and they went out of the way to find an additional hose so that I would have water for my class A. It is six tiers of levels to camp on and a bit of a challenge at times. Would only stay there in a pinch.

For Camper Village: The campground has a serious erosion problem on both the roads and the sites. There were a few niceer sites that seemed to be occupied by longer stay users. Most of the other sites were narrow and not level. We were not able to adequately level our 22 foot class B even with our levelers. The bathhouse and laundry was locked at 9 in the evening. I've never been to a campground where the bathhouse was locked. The price was steep for what we got ($45.00). At that price I would certainly expect to be able to use the bathrooms at any time. The owners claim they are always busy as they are the closest campground to the Noah's Arc exhibit park. I would not stay again. We would have been better boondocking at the Cracker Barrel up the road.

Carol

For Camper Village: We stayed June 19-21 to visit the Ark, pleasantly surprised during our 3 day visit after reading other reviews. Well cared for with freshly mowed grass, planters with flowers and American flags. There was some road noise but it did not bother us and never heard any train noise. We have a GSP that loves to swim and the lake in the campground was perfect to let her swim and fetch her water toy each day. The only drawback in our opinion was the hours on the laundry and bathhouse, opened at 8 and closed at 9. Longer hours would have been helpful.

For Camper Village: Very poor. Campground is not maintained, very overpriced. Noise from highway and train We had reservations but owner shifted us around even after giving us a site number. We refused to stay when discovering our 30amp electric was wired with 12amp wire. No refund. Lesson learned

For Camper Village: DO NOT STAY AT THIS CAMPGROUND!
I made reservations and paid for them in full. While on my way to the campground from Dayton they called and cancelled my reservations. They left us with no place to go. Their policy is if you cancel you lose you deposit but I guess if they cancel it's OK.

Heidi

For Camper Village: Agreed. Not worth $40. Greed runs this place. Female owner appeared drunk when we arrived at 4pm on a Monday. Got in the way of parking our unit. Claims they plan to update grounds. Would never recommend this place. Certainly Nothing over 30 feet recommended. None of the pull thru's are even close to level. The exit is STEEP. We had to have another truck help pull us out. Grounded and Bent our right bumper. Should have been given a refund. Young red headed man was the only kindness and help we received.

Phred

For Camper Village: I should have read the reviews before I reserved a spot. Definitely overpriced at $40. They claim they accept escapees club but in reality do not. They put me in a spot too small for my truck and trailer. My truck was 3 feet from an earthen bank when the trailer was finally in place and right next to a telephone pole. Very tight and uncomfortable fit.
