For Kincaid Lake State Park: Wet, unlevel, unfriendly.

For Kincaid Lake State Park: A good park to stay at. We stayed right after park opened from COVID Pool and Store was still closed. Stayed in Site 67 which had a nice view. The path to the bath house from tent sites crosses right there. Lots of people walking back and forth but it didn't bother us. Weekends are packed, we stayed during week and park was not very crowded. Visited Ark Encounter which is about 20 min drive

For Kincaid Lake State Park: Great campground. Folks at the front gate were friendly. Sites and bathhouses are clean. Overall, sites were good but were a little hilly - the south side of the road they’re on a slope down into the woods. Side to side is pretty good but the front to back slope can be pretty significant. We had sites 31, 32, and 56. 31 was decent, 32 was the best site for being level (and it had a good shade tree). I don’t recommend site 56. It was sandwiched between two other sites and their slide was in another sites yard on one side and vice versa on the other. Two dump stations in good locations too.

Rocky

For Kincaid Lake State Park: Stayed here June 22-25, 2018. Electric & water hook-ups. Two conveniently located dump stations. Beautiful swimming pool. We had sites 51 & 52 which gave us a lot of privacy, but the sites weren’t level. The Park Ranger & staff were very nice. An albino deer has just been spotted this week across the river from the swimming pool. We would stay here again.

For Kincaid Lake State Park: July 2 - 4/16
This park is a little tricky to get to because the roads are narrow and winding. This is just a small concern that is trum ped by the beauty of the area. The sites are narrow and close together but are of a good size. We were in site 32 which is nice and level. The weather got very rainy and a lot of people packed up and left. The bathrooms were very well looked after and clean. The women in the camp store was very friendly and outgoing. The campground is huge and very pretty. There is a decent looking pool onsite (we didn't use it due to the rain) and a nice looking golf course too. Would we stay there again? Yes we would.
