For Hanscom AFB FamCamp: The laundry room is on serious need of updating and the bathrooms were dirty and had mold. We stayed here for quite a few days and never saw anyone cleaning anything . I swept the laundromat floor both times we used it. The campgrounds have a lot of room between campsites.

Thomas Boggs

For Hanscom AFB FamCamp: While we were there they had a pole get hit and knocked out the transformer to the park at about 000 in the morning didn’t get back on until about 0900. Tha incident knocked out my inverter. I told them there and they gave me a card from their suggested RV repair guy however there was no answer when i called. One of the other campers suggested a place up the road in Merrimack and when I drove there they told me that they could not help out either they were back logged for a month. My suggestion is two nights noe more and make sure you have two surg persecutors

Heather

For Hanscom AFB FamCamp: Nice clean campground. Staff is great. Very nice. Grounds are kept clean and maintained. The reason I gave 4 stars ⭐️ is the sites are a little to close for our liking. But other than that nice facilities

Rod

For Hanscom AFB FamCamp: CON’s - The office is tucked into the site vice at the entry. The trees need to be manicured a little more. Airport noise, sometimes early morning hours. Some sites and roads are narrow and tight; many sites are large and accommodating for my 50’ rig. PRO’s - Great people run and manage the site!!! All services and connections are in excellent condition. Sites are maintained, cleaned and readied prior to your arrival. Facilities are kept in good condition. Area - Great bicycle/walking/running paths close to park. Easy access to train and buses for transport around the area. Centrally located to everything - even a trip to Cap Cod amd area. Cell service was excellent (Verizon 5 bars).

Lora

For Hanscom AFB FamCamp: We’ve stayed for weeks at a time here and love it. It is literally parallel to the airstrip so very noisy but nice to watch the occasional jumbo jets roll in. Close to Minute Man Trail, quiet quaint neighborhood with cute ice cream shop small stores and other interesting places. Close to everything in Boston but far enough to feel removed.

Anita

For Hanscom AFB FamCamp: Stayed four nights in June 2021. Full hookups available in sunny and shaded sites for our 36’ fifth wheel. Chose a very shady spot . Mosquitoes! Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s adjacent to the Air Force base runway, so planes are noisy, but not bad. You do not go through the base gates to enter the campground, which is a plus for yourselves and visitors. The Minute Man National Historical Park is nearby and worth seeing, especially the North Bridge section! Convenient to Waltham.

Powers2Ak

For Hanscom AFB FamCamp: Stayed here 4 nights mid May in 40’ 5th wheel. Easy to find off highway, plenty of pull through sites. Planes were loud but not bad. Good water and electric. Great prices and friendly staff. Would stay here again. Vehicle & camper registration , and pet paperwork ( rabies ) is required.
