For Oceanside - Assateague Island National Seashore: We camped here in a 40 ft motorhome. VERY spacious sites and level. Good blacktop roads and site. Easy in/easy out, nice wide roads. Bathrooms are clean. It's a quiet campground (even with generators running during the day). The three trails are more strolls than "hiking" but we saw lots of horses and a few deer. Awesome experience to see horses roaming around the campground, along the road, on the beach and in the marsh. We were here in off season, don't think we'd want to see what traffic and congestion looks like in the summer! We enjoyed our stay here very much. Verizon and T-Mobile worked fine. $30/night, doesn't include $10 transaction fee. We used the dump station and filled water on our way out, very easy.

For Oceanside - Assateague Island National Seashore: Stayed in Oceanside with small RV. Location is perfect, just over a small dune from the ocean. Helpful advice: Bring your own drinking water since what comes out of the tap tastes terrible - like plastic. The wandering horses are so cool, but don't even think of feeding them. Tourists recently caused the death of one by feeding it dog food. Highly recommend this place.

For Oceanside - Assateague Island National Seashore: Excellent beach! Great level pads with plenty of room for truck and trailer. No power sites but some areas permit generators from 6am-10pm. Wild ponies are really cool to see. Highly recommend!

For Oceanside - Assateague Island National Seashore: Even with no electricity this is a great place to park for a night or two. Wild horses all over the island, pristine beaches to walk, (except for horse poop.) Close to Ocean City and all it's aminities. Level and nice size spaces.
