For KOA Traverse City: Good campground for kids. There is a pool, a kiddie train, bouncy park and playground. We didn’t camp, only passing through. Wanted to pay to use the dump station, but they limit this to campers only.

For KOA Traverse City: We were in site 17, large beautiful end site. It is near the road, so you’ll get some noise, but we only noticed louder trucks. Easily ignored for the nice site. Check the campground map as they have you pull in different ways for privacy. Delivery of wood to your site and trash pick up 2x a day. Well stocked store and super nice people. Will return and request 17!

For KOA Traverse City: Stayed here for a week with my family. It is a very nice campground and workers are very nice! Very pet friendly also. There is plenty for the kids to do to keep busy. We stayed at 4 campgrounds over a 3 week period and this was our favorite!

For KOA Traverse City: Clean sites with many things for kids to do. Putt putt is old but you can't have it all! They have a radio control car track with cars you can rent. It's pretty nice track with nice cars. We had a pull through campsite with full hook up. So far the KOA campgrounds haven't let us down. It's about a 25 minute drive to Traverse City.

For KOA Traverse City: Be choosy about your site if you're in a tent! Sites 111-114 are extremely close together! We were kept awake til 3am by the two women on the next site to us who were either drinking and/or smoking marijuana. The alphabet sites are nice. Lots of space between RV sites. Lots of outdoor games available for families. Clean restrooms. Small train with bell that went around campground a little annoying.
