For Wooden Shoe Park: Sites are small and mostly seasonal. A few sites I
On the north end are for tourists. The seasonal people have shade, the tourists have full sun. Campfire rings are too close to the neighbors RV. But, the good part… Great view overlooking the north end of lake ellsworth. The river is great for kayak up to Lake St Clair and the next river into Six Mile lake. Camp is full on weekends but the tourist area is 10% used on summer weekdays. Our neighbors like to stay up late, but they have been very quiet. If they were noisy, we would have to leave. I’m not sure we would come again. We’ve explored the lakes and local area. We’ve been lucky with courteous neighbors.
