For Lake Ottawa NF Campground: The reason for the 5 stars is not how it compares to campgrounds with hot tubs and pools, but how it compares to other NFS campgrounds. This one has a dump station and water fill station. I also has newly paved roads and all the sites are paved. My camper and truck is 55 feet long. I had plenty of room to spare in site 30. The best FCFS sites are 30, 32, and 20. The best reservable sites are 31, 17, 23, 24. The 30 numbered sites are by the fish dock and pavilion. It is hilly, but the sites I mentioned are level and long. There is fire wood everywhere.

For Lake Ottawa NF Campground: Great old place! This is great forest camping like I love. The host woman is great!
