Bob on the Rocks

For Bergland Town Park: Still $15 a night. Great little campground in a great little town. Lots of campers are here fishing but lots else to do. Nice little town, nice bar, nice restaurant, sweet little general store (fresh asparagus for $3). Good showers, reasonable sites. What’s not to like?

For Bergland Town Park: This is such a pretty little park. $15 for a night, electric and water. View of nice lake, quiet, fairly level spot where we stayed.

For Bergland Town Park: Spent one night here on the “lower level” on a Saturday in July 2019. Still very quite and several spots open. A couple of seasonals and a few families with fishing boats. $15/night with a new 30amp box and water hookup. A great deal with a friendly and helpful host. We had no issues with a 40’ 5th wheel, as they weren’t full and the host directed us to pull horizontally across two sites so we could remain attached. Would stay here again.

Ken

For Bergland Town Park: Spending one night. Wish we had time to stay more. Friendly, helpful host. The 20 amp service on the upper level is all I need. Showers and flush toilets are very adequate. The price is up to $15.00 per night — still a great bargain. We had no difficulty leveling our van with a couple of blocks on the quiet upper level. The host even offered us leveling boards if we needed them, which we did not.

For Bergland Town Park: There's no signage on the main highway but this campground is here. Turn towards the lake at the convenience store. Wooded park with two levels, lower level appears to be mostly seasonals. This campground is rustic but at $12 a night or $72 a week it's the best bargain in the region. Showers are very decent. There's a dump and water refill on lower level. Upper level is 20amp only, you'll need your adapter...and leveling devices. Strong 4G AT&T service. Hosted park, a fella will appear to take your money & give you receipt. Good spot from which to explore the Porkies.

George

For Bergland Town Park: We stayed here May 15, 2013. Lovely spot on a lake. Water electric, bathrooms and showers available. I think also a dump station but not sure of that. Very quiet, about half full. We got there after dark, would recommend earlier daylight arrival as parking and identifying sites is hard after dark. Would stay here again likely for more than one night next time. Cost $10
