Shelly

For The Great Escape RV and Camp Resort: Place is a dump. inadequate store. NO wifi even though advertised. Facilities are bad and unclean. Full of full-timers and junk everywhere. OVERPRICED for what you get.

For The Great Escape RV and Camp Resort: Very nice campground. Very fun for the kids. The owner and staff are very hospitable. Nice pool, fun fishing. On Fri and Sat nights, they have a restaurant/bar with some very good, reasonably-priced food. They have a lot of pull-throughs. We were able to pull right in and leave the camper hooked up to the truck since we were only staying 1 night. As other reviews have stated, many of their sites are very close together. It looked like there were some other areas that weren’t quite as tight. That is the only reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars.

Lynn

For The Great Escape RV and Camp Resort: We stayed for one night. The grounds were neat and tidy. The sites were very close together, our slide touched the next rig’s awning. We asked to move to another site with more room, that was no problem. We loved the space around the campground, lots of room by the fishing lakes to walk the dog. People were very friendly.

Kathryn

For The Great Escape RV and Camp Resort: Stayed here 3 nights. RV’s were crammed next to each other. The facility is close to I-70. It was very loud. People at the office were very nice and helpful. All washers and dryers worked.

For The Great Escape RV and Camp Resort: Good stopover. Not an exception camp, but very adequate, close to the internet. The night we stayed they were serving dinner in their clubroom.. Lasagna, salad, soup, bread. dessert. It was EXCELLENT, and welcome after a long day on the road. We'd stay here again for sure. Class A 40 ft. with a toad.
