Bennett Springs is a very large state park, campground 1 is but one of 4 RV camp areas and is the easiest to access and most accommodating to big rigs. This campground is one of the best we have stayed at. All paved, quite level, very spacious and many pull throughs to choose from. Walking distance to the river where live bait anglers (zone 3) fish. This is a beautiful park to stay in even if you are not there for the fishing, which is the primary draw. Kids have playgrounds and swimming pool, nature center. There is a restaurant as well, we had dinner for two & cost $20! This is fly fishing country so lots of day users & busy park roads. But the campground is quiet and clean. Wifi is also available, not fast but decent. Loved it!
