For Long Branch State Park: Nice park, quiet when we were there early in the week only one other camper in our loop. The host’s were friendly and helpful. Shower house was great plenty of hot water and good volume shower head. We stayed at 65 it was concrete pad, full shade and looked to be the largest site in the loop. Avoid 15-36 they are old and not in very good shape. The only thing that could be a negative is the lookie-loo traffic. The campground is close to town and cruising through seems to be a favorite pastime for the locals .

For Long Branch State Park: Needed a quick overnight in our way home from Kentucky. Same day online reservation was easy after creating an account. We knew we would arrive after 10 pm so the online check- in or QR code check- in we’re a nice option. The only issue was that our site still had a “ vacant” sign on the post. It was not a problem as our site remained empty, but it could have been if someone were to arrive as a walk- in and saw the vacancy. But all was well! Site was paved and perfectly level! Long enough for our 31 foot TT without having to unhook the truck. There was room to spare. Sites have some decent distance between. There is a slight oil field smell in the area. We will stay here again when traveling in the area.

For Long Branch State Park: Got to the site. There was trash in the fire ring from last guests. There was a group of “20 somethings” snorting and smoking drugs in the site 30 yrds from us. Unfortunately, my kids couldn’t concentrate on anything else until quite hours. The park manager did make drive byes in his cart from time to time, but duh... I know you’re gonna have that kinda stuff, but it was kind of a buzz kill for us. I would give this place another try.

For Long Branch State Park: Nice park just off the highway but far enough so you don’t hear the traffic. It has a nice lake formed by and Army Corps of Engineers earthworks damn. Lots of trees for shade.Request a 50 amp site is possible they are newer with cement pad and level.

For Long Branch State Park: Nice clean park, nice shower house, great concrete site, easy in/out with large rig, nice clean truck stop close by, nice RV wash bay in Macon just north of 36 on 63.

For Long Branch State Park: Long Branch has great level concrete sites. Access road in park is bumpy. Large rigs easy access. We camped in a Fifth wheel.
