For Percy Quin State Park: I'm not a camper, I'm a traveler who stays in state parks along the way. The place offers no privacy at all. It is a very popular park with a nice lake. I didn't use the shower house. Verizon 2 bars LTE. Difficult to pick up ota stations. Once was enough for me. Good prices though.

For Percy Quin State Park: A beautiful park. We had a large, full hookup site with a view of the lake. Wish we could stay longer. You can't beat the great prices.

For Percy Quin State Park: We stopped here for one nite in early March on the way south. Found the park to be absolutely charming. We went to site 60 and it was sensational. Senior rate of $15 for full hookups. View was sensational of the lake and staff were great. Sites were paved, level, and no close neighbors. We had a perfect evening. Saw nothing of the prior complaint's review. Love Mississippi State Parks.

For Percy Quin State Park: Stayed at the campground for the Memorial Day weekend. We were in sites 24/25/26/27/28. The grass was tall and in dire need of cutting. The bath house in that area had a musty sour smell and due to that did not use it at all and the garbage dumpster was over full by Saturday and the smell on Sunday was terrible for sitting outside of your camper.
i have camped here many years ago and never had any complaints, however, I was very disappointed with the upkeep of it today.
The campground is beautiful. The beach area needs sand to make it like a beach for the kids that could not wait to go and build sandcastles in the sand that was not there.
I hope that when we return for another visit, we find it in better shape and condition.
