For Bonita Lakes RV Park: Great overnight stop along 20. Easy in/out. Large level concrete sites. October 2020

For Bonita Lakes RV Park: We came here to escape Hurricane Sally. We had been camping in East Central Alabama when the hurricane hit Gulf Shores (our hometown) and when it hit it started moving toward our location. We immediately hooked up and headed west to escape it's path and ended up at this RV park. The lady here was so nice and helpful! The park itself had all the amenities including cable, internet access, a laundry facility/restrooms with security access/cameras. We ended up staying 4 nights before we were able to get power back home where we could leave. Right across the street from Bonita Lakes which is a beautiful area with lit walking trails. If I am ever in the area again, I would not hesitate to stay here. Very close to the interstate and all the restaurants and stores that Meridian has to offer.

For Bonita Lakes RV Park: Stopped over night on May 21 2020. Easy to get in and easy to pull out. Nice level concrete pads, multiple water and sewer hook ups per site. Owner was very nice. Very close to Walmart and fast food. I will stay here again if I’m back through Meridian.

For Bonita Lakes RV Park: Stayed in Jan 2020. Used it as a night stopover from New Prleans to Nashville. Sites are concrete pads with gravel drives. Works great as a stop over. Not sure about longer stays.

For Bonita Lakes RV Park: This is a good overnight stop for our 40 foot coach and towing. They have 60 foot pads that are easy to maneuver onto. Not a very pleasing for the eye kind of campground and some road noise from hwy 9. Be aware the signage is minimal and the entrance to the camp is on the north side of hwy 9. we missed it and had to do a uturn which was not fun! Coming of 20 down to 9 of 45 it is on the right! Very small blue camp sign. Other then that is was an ok stop!

For Bonita Lakes RV Park: I understand the 4 star rating by most people, but it is 5 stars for what I use Bonita Lakes for and that is an overnight stop on my to and from Tennessee. It has a VERY WIDE limestone driveway and level concrete pads barely long enough for my 45 ft coach with my Jeep attached. They have 2 sewer drops so I did not need an extension, good Wi-Fi and good power. I could not get the cable to work, but I have been having trouble in the coach,, Nice people and $27 with a good Sam Discount and later arrival Dropbox. It is on the opposite side of the street than what the map shows and if you approach from the wrong direction, you will have to make a U turn, but the road is not busy and very wide.. look for the road sign that has a trailer and arrow on it, stay left when you come in and you will pass the pool and office on your right to find a number of LARGE pull through. You will not be disappointed for an overnight here..

Denise

For Bonita Lakes RV Park: This place is ok for an over night stay. Although, if you don't like cats, don't stay here. There are cats roaming all around. Good prices. Level sites. Clean facilities. Friendly staff.
