For Itch-Kep-Pe City Park: August 2014: Beautiful campground with mature trees right beside the Yellowstone River. Boondocking sites with fire rings/grates and picnic tables. Police patrol the park frequently so very safe. There's a boat launch and seems to be a popular place to start or end a river rafting trip.10 day maximum stay. No charge to stay here but donations requested. Lovely place to relax for a few days and maybe do some fishing.

For Itch-Kep-Pe City Park: Basic but beautiful. Nestled in the trees right in the river. Campground has fire rings and tables but they're dirty so bring a cloth. Bathrooms are basic but ok. Just really peaceful and beautiful. Rocky and uneven spaces but you could get a small MH here. We stayed in a 5th wheel.
