Gus S

For Pine Creek Campground: We enjoy Pine Creek and often stay here when we're going to a Concert at Pine Creek lodge. The road to the campground is a narrow one lane paved, with cows, be prepared to give way, path. Water and vault toilets as are typical. Try to get a higher numbered spot in either the A loop (2-14, 1 is the Host) or the B loop (15-29). These are closest to the wilderness trails which are great to hike. The falls are a 3 mile RT, and the lake is a challenging 10miles RT with plenty of deep wading. I get spotty cell coverage on Verizon.

For Pine Creek Campground: I believe the tent sites ran about $8-10 a night. There isn't anything but the standard pit toilets. The camp sites are right next to the water, and all the flying pests that are attributed to such. Overall it wasn't bad, and the sites are spaced well enough apart for privacy.
