We love this campground and stay here every time we visit the area. Campground has new owners and they are so polite, helpful, and very accommodating. Ryan escorted us to our site. The site has every possible amenity hookup. I would suggest booking early as it appears the campground fills up during the summer months. The campsites are nestled within the pines with gravel sites and there are lots of grassy / pet areas. A previous older reviewer complained about the site not being pet friendly. That is no longer the case. We travel with two smaller dogs and they allowed us to put up our dog fence so they could be outside with us without having to be staked to a chain.
Some sites are close together which would be great for groups camping together. However, they are not all in a row so you don’t feel like you are packed in like sardines as with a lot of other sites. The site has a really nice laundry room with newer appliances, a change machine and a couple of folding tables. They also have indoor and outdoor clothes lines if you prefer not to use the dryers. I can’t comment on the restrooms/showers as we didn’t use them. However they seemed adequate.
We really like the trails to the creek right beside the campground. We also saw cornhole, horseshoe, and frisbee golf for outside play.

Noticed last review was in 2022 so thought I’d update. Everything is still in good shape. Nice clean friendly camp ground. Grounds are nice and peaceful. WiFi was good and Verizon has good coverage. We were here opening weekend for them in early May so not crowded. IF they were full, some of the sites would be really close together. Otherwise great stop.

Great place to stay!! Family-owned operation, third generation family members now running the business. Friendly, helpful staff. Shady, grassy spots in pine grove, excellent hook-ups and facilities. Would definitely stay here again!

A nice and quiet camp in a lodge pole pine grove. Excellent staff. Mary greeted us and shared the best places to eat in town. Frank escorted us to our site on his bicycle, the returned twice to help us with tv and WiFi. Hookups superb.

Great value. Good wifi, clean bathhouse. Sites are not structured (i.e., not in rows, and vary is sizes). Seems more like a neighborhood. Wifi was some of the best we have had -- even when park was full. Might not be as good for families (did not see a lot of features that kids would enjoy).

A very clean, well thought out campground. Price for services very good. Washrooms/showers clean, perhaps curtains could be replaced but not a great concern. A very pleasant surprise. Quiet and price included cable!

Management 5*
Cleanliness 5*
I parked my van conversion in a tent site for $18.00 which included water and 12 amp electric.
WiFi was 25mbps where I camped near the showers.
Showers were hot-hot-hot. Restrooms and showers are quaint, but spotlessly clean.
Nice trail to and along the river.
It's quiet (no yapping dogs, generators). Sites are given lots of space and it's dark at night.
I look forward to staying here again!

Clean (a little outdated) but clean, well managed, friendly. Nice site spacing, grass, privacy. Good services. We loved it here. Would have stayed longer if they weren’t booked up. We stayed here to have access to Missoula. We would stay again.

Very nice park. Great staff. This is our second stay here in two years. A few full tiers, but they are neat and tidy. Lots of shade amongst the trees. Wiffleball golf, and walking trails. And Square Dancing too, if that is your thing.
