For KOA Journey Sussex: We got a pull through site for one night. Lovely, wide space with a beautiful view. Friendly staff and the fastest check-in I have ever had. Grassy dog park was clean. We didn’t use the showers or washrooms. Lots of rain the last few days so we didn’t go far on the nature/birding trail but it looked interesting and well maintained.

For KOA Journey Sussex: Our site was in the” movie drive in” field, that’s fine site nice. No services. But we’re treated as second class campers as we were segregated From the regular campers with a chain across the gate. Tried to go through barrier but was directed to “back up” by a very rude staff member. Another camper volunteer to fob me through but miss bossy was not having that. She was the same person that failed to tell us the night before that we had to use the drive in entrance.

For KOA Journey Sussex: We stayed for only one night but weren’t that impressed. Staff was nice and the washrooms were modern and clean. However our campsite was in a big field and the grass wasn’t cut recently and there were a TON of small flies in the grass (and we think they were bitting) so we could not stay outside. Further, one of our sites had garbage and glass bottles all over the site. And the Wifi didn’t work even though we had the correct password. As much as we like to stay at KOA campgrounds, and this is the only KOA in New Brunswick, we won’t stay there again.
