Earl

For Oak Hollow Campground: Well kept and lovely city campground near Highpoint NC. Horribly unlevel sites (front to back, side to side) make’s settling in very difficult.

Pammer

For Oak Hollow Campground: If you are considering this campground section C appears to be the nicest. Paved spots and most have a pretty view of the lake. We were in Section A. (A14). It was paved but very uneven both front/back and side/side. We had a wooded lot with no real views. Section A appears a smidge older. The cable tv and wifi worked well. The staff were kind and terrific! The small camp store did have the dog bone and black waist tube extension we needed. If our travels bring is this way again we would stay there again but in section C. Oh, BTW, section B is basically a large gravel parking lot. It had mostly Class A rigs all lined up in rows.

Angie

For Oak Hollow Campground: Site 31A extremely unlevel - very hilly campground, tight roads for super C - no pull thru sites - overflow area for tow dollies/trailers tight drive thru tent area

Drazul

For Oak Hollow Campground: Agree with last two reviews. A very well kept city-owned campground developed to suit the needs of a variety of campers and day trippers. Section B is more open (little shade), all gravel but also more level and sites are very wide … well suited for class A and bigger 5th wheel rigs with tow cars. We are on our way to the NC mountains and this was a great overnight stay as we prepare to head west and up! Will use this campground again.

Dede

For Oak Hollow Campground: Not very level sites. But paved, cable, WiFi, nice hot showers, full hook up. They do a good job with the campground. Just very hilly. Great location for visiting Greensboro and Winston Salem areas. Easy to get around and shopping near by. A lot of road noise.

Lee

For Oak Hollow Campground: Very nice campground. Great service from the staff. I stayed in section C on the lake in a 35’ travel trailer. Work with the staff to determine which sites will work for your rig. Some of the sites will require several leveling blocks to level your unit. The morning view out on the lake is fantastic with the sunrise. The bathrooms were nice and clean. Hookups were easy access. Water for the site is on a shared spigot. Make sure you have a splitter for the connection. I would recommend this campground. I’ll be back.

Guy

For Oak Hollow Campground: Areas A and C have paved, shaded full hookups with paved pads relatively level which we had no problems with. Mike provides fabulous friendly service and is very accommodating. Clean quiet campground. Will stay here again.
