For Holden Beach RV Campground: We stayed in December 2023. This RV park is kept up and staff is always working to keep it tidy. Bathrooms and showers are very clean and well kept. Staff is very kind and helpful. My favorite part of this RV park is the lovely walking trails in the trees.

For Holden Beach RV Campground: Agree with other positive reviews. Owners/staff obviously care and their rules are reasonable. Bathrooms are amazingly nice. Playground was unique and great fun. Central grassy area convenient to many campsites. Good value for so close to beach and FH. My only complaint is the fine dirt that made up our site. Some gravel, sand or pebbles or grass would be a nice improvement. Many sites were better than ours. We would stay at Holden Beach RV again. Traveling full time in a 26’ TT with 2 kids.

For Holden Beach RV Campground: This is an older park but owners (Jeremy and his wife) are working hard to upgrade. Staff is amazing and it's obvious they want your experience to be nothing short of outstanding. It is a little tight for the bigger rigs - they take up to 40' but if you're experienced with pulling one nothing you can't handle. Area is very rustic and quiet. We had an incident where our rig fell in on their dump station septic tank. First, Jeremy was amazing getting his crew together and helping us get out. Second, he was more concerned about our rig than the damage done to the tank. Now that's customer service. Absolutely recommend this park for an A+ experience. David and Cheryl Ellich

For Holden Beach RV Campground: I just have one word...WIFI! The owners have outdone themselves on the amazing signal! So appreciated! Ok, two words😁....friendly and helpful. These owners go above and beyond the call of duty to make your stay comfortable! You’ll love the community here, clean bathrooms and laundry room, and did I mention reliable WIFI?😉

For Holden Beach RV Campground: This has been one of our favorite campgrounds! We decided to extend our stay to enjoy the area. The campground has A safe and friendly atmosphere. The guests and the owners are great. There are private bathrooms that stay very clean, great wifi in all areas of the park, free coffee, free DVD rental, playground, seasonal community garden, A small lake and woods to walk in. We have met many homeschooling families, retired campers and everything in between. It was truly A wonderful stay and great pricing for the area. We look forward to staying again.

Christmas

For Holden Beach RV Campground: Reviews were kind of old so here is an update. Staff still seems friendly but the owners have only been here about a year. WiFi was excellent in our location. 8.5 mbps download over 1.04 mbps upload. That was on the day after thanksgiving and I presume a lot of people were streaming games or on the internet so that speed was impressive. The washroom in my area had been redone with tile and looked like someone had put a lot of work into it. The electrical was functional for me but was not new. The sites I saw were compacted sand. Most sites have trees around them, but they also have some areas with more open areas. They have been working on getting more sand into some of the sites to make them better. The first one I pulled into had a new load of sand that wasn't compacted yet so my tires spun a little. Time and some rain should help the site be compacted in the future. I needed a better location for my dish so I moved to a new site and it was fine. The roads through the park are not paved but adequate. They are planning to add a new section and new store/office to the park so some time in the future you will probably have a choice of new or old section. The early review said it looked like things were improving. I feel that is probably true. Hope someone else makes a review in a year to report on any changes they have made.

For Holden Beach RV Campground: Relatively small RV park, mainly seasonal. Seems a bit run down. Older electrical system looks like it needs upgrading. Water faucet is situated below ground. Laundry looks very old: driers look rusty inside. Friendly and helpful staff; looks like they are working to improve the park.
