For Dakota Magic Casino RV Park: Just called 7/25/18. Was told the campground will not be open until the summer of 2019.

For Dakota Magic Casino RV Park: For this summer season at least (2017) the RV park section is closed as that space is used for construction equipment while the casino enlarges the facility. They do allow for overnight parking in the truck parking area in the SE corner.
