The Novel RV

For Buffalo Gap Campground: This is a great little campground! Great host. No hook ups, but dump and fresh water in parking lot, plus fresh water spigots throughout campground. Sites are not on top of each other and roomy, some have shade, others more sun. If you’re in a site near the highway there is some noise, but it never bothered me and both times I stayed I was near the highway. Only downside is no connectivity in campground, but if you drive up the hill to a turnout, you can get decent service. $6/nt or $3/nt with Senior Pass.

Kelli

For Buffalo Gap Campground: I stayed for one night and wished to stay longer. Very clean and spacious sites. The camp host is kind and very accommodating. The setting is much nicer than other campsites I’ve visited - for price and location this cant be best. Easy in and easy out. Close to the freeway so there is a little highway noise though not enough to keep you up at night.

Maura Nelson

For Buffalo Gap Campground: Even though just off hwy, it’s well maintained, shaded private spots, lots of water spigots, dump, free shower! All for $6. And the host is a kick.

Josiah

For Buffalo Gap Campground: Great, quiet park with lots of sites for both camping and rvs. Fit our 37 footer no problem. Water and toilets are near. Soft water! Great showers!

GypsyGlo

For Buffalo Gap Campground: Beautiful, paved, spacious sites. Can accommodate mini campers, tents as well as the big rigs. Clean and quiet with plenty of trees and vegetation between each site. Paid $3 a night for 4 nights since they honor the Senior pass. We would definitely stay here again!

DiCo

For Buffalo Gap Campground: Beautiful roomy, shady spots with nice views. Dry camping with water, flush toilets, and great hot showers! Camp hosts were very nice. Would definitely stay here again. Close to the NP and much nicer than campground in the park.

geoatl

For Buffalo Gap Campground: Very nice and remote. There are a lot of sites to choose from. We were able to get our 35ft 5th wheel in with no issues. There are smaller sites as listed but you have options. There is water when its available. Same goes for the pay showers. Bathrooms are vault toilets. For $6 a night its much cheaper than the National park 17 miles down the road.
