For Minot AFB FamCamp: Quiet location, plenty of room nearby. Right by a community park with play equipment and a walking path. Near the BX and Commissary too. We utilized the Dining Facility, gym and other things the Base offers. Arrived late Friday and checked in to MWR outdoor Monday morning. There’s not much to do nearby, not too bad for $15 a night. Pulling a 45” with a full size “toad” through the main gates 7 barriers was a challenge. We’d stay again if in the area.

For Minot AFB FamCamp: Not the best FamCamp I’ve seen but nice. Very well kept. Concrete pads for sites. Only 6 sites. Water & electricity hook-ups. Number 1 site which is what we had, the pipe broke for the water so we had to run a hose to site 2. No facilities (laundry, showers) there is a restroom near the playground but not sure if anyone goes to clean it on a regular basis.

Curt Scott

For Minot AFB FamCamp: Tiny camp, 6 sites, water and power at each site, with single RV waste water dump - good access, excellent concrete parking pads, soacius room and nicely kept but very small, next to base family picnic area with large playground. No toilets, showers or laundry - one site did not have water. Concrete pads are mostly level. Minimal efforts to provide normal Fam Camp amenities - far below that of other AFBs where we’ve stayed. Could be much better. Ample space but apparently a very low priority for this base. However, considering time of year, early May, the camp - all six spaces - were full. Someone at thus AFB is not paying attention to this Fam Camp.

Cherese

For Minot AFB FamCamp: Very small Fam Camp with small concrete pads - 4 30amp hookups and 2 50 amp hookups, small walking path with a playground/park, near the commissary and BX, Nothing fancy, but after a long day of traveling happy to have this option! Thanks, Minot!

Dave

For Minot AFB FamCamp: Tiny little fam camp with little to offer. It would be appreciated if base leadership appreciated what fam camps do for both active and retired service members. Many bases have really stepped up. It's time Team Minot does.

6 spots, 30amp elec. Dump station, not managed well.

For Minot AFB FamCamp: As many are , only for Active Duty and retired Service Members. Small place with only a few sites. Good overnight.
