For Buffalo Trails Campground: The owner comes to the campground to check you in and Sandy is very responsive to any phone call. Quiet, not crowded , electric, and hot showers. They had a dump station but we didn’t need it. Perfect for any over night stay.

Trooper 48

For Buffalo Trails Campground: Just off Hwy 2 toward outside of town. Good size level site with hook ups in easy location (non thread sewer conn). Bathrooms good but for some reason stalls hinge inward- good to be flexible. Hosts not always on site in person but do respond to phone promptly. Stayed two night and would choose again if returning.

Karen

For Buffalo Trails Campground: Buffalo Trails was a great place to stop over. Our sit was pretty flat. What I appreciated most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the owner, Lee. We had some problems - like a blown off vent cover - and he went above and beyond to assist us with what he could. As a bonus he originated from Michigan not too far from where we live.

Dave

For Buffalo Trails Campground: Nice RV park along the highway. Easy stopover. Nice level site. Only needed electric reasonably priced. Quiet. Lee and Sandy were great hosts. Friendly.

Roadbum

For Buffalo Trails Campground: Pros: We did not need a reservation to stay here. It was relatively quiet. We were able to choose from a number of sites. The showers were free and hot. They had hookups. The long-time owner was friendly.
Cons: The site was not level. The wooden "shelter" adjacent to the site was damaged to the point it looked like it would come down in the next good wind. The bathrooms were man-clean (ladies you know what I mean).
