For Prairie Oasis RV Park and Campground: Very pleasant stay. Park is well maintained and the onsite owners are gracious and hospitable. The area is quiet despite its proximity to the highway. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay here.

GDog

For Prairie Oasis RV Park and Campground: A great campground. Highly recommend staying if you are just passing through or extended stay. Camp owners are very nice and helpful. Homemade muffins were waiting for us when we checked in. Most sites are long pull through with good distance between sites. Most sites have partial shade. Sites on the northwest side have limited shade sites. All utilities are in good shape and wifi was strong. Cell and local over air TV signals strong. Easy access from I80. Minimal road noise at sites. Would stay again!

For Prairie Oasis RV Park and Campground: Great park. Only stayed overnite but may be the nicest we've stayed at in 15 states. Penny and Tod are gracious and helpful owner/managers. Owned the park (ex KOA in 68) for 3 years and are bent on improvements. Great find.

Ava

For Prairie Oasis RV Park and Campground: This is a very nice campground with clean restrooms, showers, etc. We only stayed one night, so I can't comment on much else. I would have given it a higher rating, but I was taken aback when we got home and got a letter saying we owed $5.00 for the dumping fee. This was clearly our mistake, but we've camped for over 45 years and we've never been charged a separate dumping fee if we'd already paid the camping fee. When we saw the $5.00 charge for dumping, we assumed it was just for non-campers who were using the dumping facility. That's how it is everywhere else we've ever camped. It would have been more convenient if they'd have just included the $5.00 in the regular camping fee.

Rich C

For Prairie Oasis RV Park and Campground: Stayed overnight on 9/7/16, very nice park near I-80, but quiet, super friendly owners, very clean, long and spacious pull throughs, great wifi, with tables and fire rings at each site. Free paddle boats and fishing in their private pond! Will definitely stay here again...also gave a 10% discount for being a veteran.

Donna

For Prairie Oasis RV Park and Campground: Great park ... Super friendly hosts, level and shaded sites and moved grass areas between sites... With picnic tables. Most, if not all, sites are pull throughs. Our truck and pull trailer is 45' combined length and had plenty of length for rig with 10-15 feet to spare. Full hookups with strong wifi. No cable but we only stayed one night as we were just passing through. They have paddle boats for your use (no charge) on the small lake at the park. The storm shelter looked quite large... Fortunately no storms last night so we didn't need to use it. This is the first park I've seen with a shelter for campers. The office carries a small amount of RV supplies (hoses, sewer hose couplers, etc), food necessities (milk, bacon, eggs, ice cream, etc) and ice. They also have a nice grassy area with trees for tent campers and one cabin.
The entire park is very clean and well kept, especially the bathrooms/ showers. Very nice. Will definitely stay here again if we're in the area. They give Good Sam discount.
