For Ames Brook Campground: Mike and Cheryl here. We have a 44 foot Class A RV. Here is my review of the campground at Ames Brook. Getting to the campground was no problem. All roads good. The roads in the campground are gravel and are not in good condition. Very bumpy, plus lots of speed bumps. The trees are trimmed OK. The campground office was open and everyone was friendly. We were shown our site on the map. They have a small camp store. Check in area is large in size. The road signage to our site was good. Sites have fire pits and they sell firewood. Our site was #63, a back in site with a picnic table and fire pit. Our site had a nice view of the creek. The campground has most sites with lots of tree coverage. Our site was level. The site was dry. The site was gravel. The entire front part of the campground is nothing but full time or seasonal folks. It does not look very nice in the front. There is only one bathhouse and it is a long way from the transient rv users. Laundry is the same. There was a small pool that is next to the road. Not very inviting. There was a game room, but it is locked most of the time. There is no workout fitness room. There is no restaurant on site, but there are many to choose from nearby. The grounds are not well kept. We had good spacing to divide us from our neighbor. There is cable tv and Wifi. Here is the bad. The roads in the front are in poor condition. The front of the park is unsightly with all the full timers. Only one bathhouse and laundry which was far away. Game room locked. The worst part is the cost. We were charge $100 per night. This is way too much for a 30 amp site and a campground with few amenities. Sites 63, 50A, 50, 49, 52, are good. I would not come back at that price. Dream Big, Travel Far, Live Well...

For Ames Brook Campground: Wow what a great campground, clean, quiet and well run. Many seasonal but their sites were immaculate and they were very friendly. We were here two weekends and they had a feee ice cream social and karaoke DJ one weekend and a free bluegrass band the next. We highly recommend this campground would definitely come back.

For Ames Brook Campground: Beautiful, well maintained, big trees and lots of separation between many of the sites. Definitely recommend. 37' class a, with toad.
