Shelah

For KOA Holiday Strafford: An average KOA that is hugely expensive. Wi-Fi one of gods free ones that really doesn’t work well, sites are difficult to get into, some not level at all. Facilities are so-so. These people couldn’t even be bothered to produce a brochure, just a copy of lots of rules and a paper copy of their campsite. There is a nice nature trail, and the pond would be good for dogs to swim in, but not people. This KOA is in the hard to get to. would not stay again was the only place with openings on Labor Day and the reason is obvious.

George

For KOA Holiday Strafford: Staff are very friendly, we have a 22ft trailer and had a back-in site (site5) with electric & sewer & water. All very modern . Everyone was very friendly, the place was very clean, dogs are allowed and you need their rabies number. First, our site was not level at all compared to others, we were on quite a slant so when it rained all the water from the area streamed right through our site. Mud was everywhere. The game room has lots of games, a pool table, it was a little arcade. It’s great for the kids, unfortunately, it’s super hot in there because I don’t have air-conditioning. Also, we picked this area because the pictures online showed that there was a nice beach. It was a pond filled with Lilly pads, a very tiny beach area and you could wade out only to your knees. It’s a More for little kids to play in, that was very disappointing. They do have one pool and a water slid with splash pad. For anyone looking for a lake, this is not the spot to go to. It’s a pond.

Valerie

For KOA Holiday Strafford: Here for 2 months. Very quiet during the week and very busy on the weekends. Big spaces, nice nature trail, game room and lots of amenities. Very friendly staff and well maintained with shady and more open spaces.

Sue Badeau

For KOA Holiday Strafford: Child/family-friendly campground for spending time with our grandkids. Nice size and level site, clean bathrooms, nice pool and water-slide. Shady, good fire ring and wood. Will return
