For Indian Rock RV Resort and Campground: Made a reservation several months in advance for a 3 month stay during the winter for some training. Agreed to a $200 deposit and asked about cancellation policy as I knew my plans could change. Was told as long as I have a two week notice would receive my refund minus a $20 dollar fee. They wanted $965 during the winter months, metered electric billed separately, and no bath houses were going to be open so basically just a place to park. I ended up finding something closer and much cheaper with better amenities and canceled over a month in advance. I received no deposit back and after putting a claim in with card company finally got in touch with them a the rude receptionist tried to quote me a different policy and claim they had to turn numerous potential clients away which I highly doubt from Dec-Mar. I would give this place 0 stars for the sheer rudeness and lack of customer service do yourself a favor and shop around.

For Indian Rock RV Resort and Campground: 5 star amenities at a 1 star level of maintenance. Appears to have lots of permanent residents in 5th wheels and trailers.

For Indian Rock RV Resort and Campground: This is a decent RV park. Plenty of activity for kids. The park does get noisy with loud music playing. My site was poorly leveled and took a while and several blocks to level. The staff was ok.
