For Three Rivers Campground: Nice place! It's about 8.5 miles past the petroglyph site. They have camping there but it's basically a gravel lot. This campground is as other review said. The hike along the river was wonderful. I did not find the trail well marked I kept finding myself off it but it was easy enough to stay along the river. One could stay here a couple nights and spend the days exploring by the river or hiking up into mountains .

For Three Rivers Campground: Wonderful campground! I can't say enough good things! The sites were spaced nice and far apart and they were very limited so it wasn't crowded at all. Each space had an awning with a picnic table underneath and a fire pit for grilling/fires next to the spaces. $6 for the day so it was very cost efficient. There were tent and RV combo spots, there were no hookups but there was fresh water to fill up your tank at the entrance and there was a place to dump your gray and black tanks when you leave. The campsite is right on the tree-line so it's a combo of desert and forest scenery. But once you get on the trail it becomes extremely beautiful forest, mountain, and river scenery, the trails were very close well defined so it was easy to take our dogs with us hiking. We will definitely be going back!
