For Las Petacas Campground: Right on the creek which is nice. But very close to the road. Traffic didn’t seem to be too bad though, just the occasional car. What bothered me, and why we didn’t stay here was that there were several beat up old vans with ratty sheets and stuff hung to shade the windows with VERY questionable looking characters living in them. From the looks of it they have been there a while. The rangers may need to check on this location more often.

For Las Petacas Campground: This place was beautiful. Picnic table, fire ring, flat space for a tent. 6 sites are all right next to a creek. Best sound machine ever.
Bathroom was decent. No sink or running water. Only $6.
